Cookie and Tracking Notice

Last Updated: August 22, 2026

This Notice explains how Hello There You LLC ("HTY," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on HTY-controlled websites, galleries, proposals, agreements, invoices, forms, and client portals.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a website or service in your browser. We also use related technologies, including local storage, session storage, pixels, scripts, and server-side activity logs.

Some technologies are required for security or requested features. Others help us understand site use or identify business interest in HTY's services.

2. Technologies currently used

Essential and security technologies

We and our infrastructure providers may use cookies or storage to:

  • protect websites from automated abuse and malicious traffic;
  • maintain authorized access to a private gallery or moderation session;
  • remember proposal selections, form progress, access state, and navigation context;
  • remember an HTY privacy choice in a first-party cookie and matching local-storage record for up to about one year;
  • deliver signed or time-limited files and media; and
  • enforce rate limits and diagnose service failures.

Examples include Cloudflare bot-management cookies and HTY browser storage used for access state, form autosave, gallery sessions, and proposal selections. Duration varies from a browser session to the period needed to provide the feature or protect the service.

Analytics

HTY uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and page use. Google Analytics may receive information such as device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, pages visited, and online identifiers.

Business visitor measurement

HTY uses Apollo website tracking on the production hellothereyou.com hostname to understand visits from potential business customers. Apollo may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive device, network, and page-activity information to associate website activity with a business organization. HTY uses the resulting information to understand business interest in its services.

Error monitoring

HTY uses Sentry to detect and diagnose website and application errors. Sentry may receive technical information such as device and browser details, IP-derived network information, page or route details, timestamps, and error context. HTY uses filtering intended to reduce sensitive data in error reports. Sentry is not used to advertise to you.

Content delivery and security infrastructure

Cloudflare and HTY's hosting or content-delivery providers process network and request information to deliver pages and media, prevent abuse, and maintain availability. For example, Cloudflare may set a short-lived __cf_bm cookie for bot management.

3. Browser storage used by HTY features

HTY-controlled applications may store limited information in local or session storage, including:

  • proposal options, quantities, and return-navigation state;
  • gallery access state and whether an email-capture step was completed;
  • form answers saved for later completion;
  • short-lived analytics session identifiers;
  • agreement or client-portal draft state; and
  • display or reliability preferences.

Some of this information may include personal information you entered into a form. Clearing browser storage may remove saved progress or require you to re-enter access information.

4. Your choices

You can use browser settings to block or delete cookies and browser storage. Blocking essential technologies may prevent private links, galleries, forms, proposals, or payment pages from working correctly.

Use HTY's Privacy choices to opt out of future collection by Google Analytics and Apollo. HTY also honors Global Privacy Control signals where required by applicable law. Opting out stops those tracking scripts on future page loads but does not automatically remove identifiers already stored by those providers; use browser or provider controls to clear existing identifiers.

Open Privacy choices

To ask HTY to limit analytics or business visitor measurement where applicable law provides that right, use the email link below with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

Email HTY about a privacy request

5. Changes

The providers and technologies we use may change. We will update this Notice when our practices materially change.
